- Maintain financial records and follow SOPs.
- Prepare monthly reports and budgets. Analyze data to provide insights.
- Monitor and execute reconciliations.
- Manage payroll processing.
- Act as liaison with governing bodies and banking partners.
- Manage petty cash transactions.
- Source vendors, negotiate favorable rates, and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance / Accounting with professional certification such as CPA, CA, AAT, CIMA or ACCA.
- +5 years experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Exceptional communicator in English.
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
