  • Maintain financial records and follow SOPs.
  • Prepare monthly reports and budgets. Analyze data to provide insights.
  • Monitor and execute reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll processing.
  • Act as liaison with governing bodies and banking partners.
  • Manage petty cash transactions.
  • Source vendors, negotiate favorable rates, and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting with professional certification such as CPA, CA, AAT, CIMA or ACCA.
  • +5 years experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Exceptional communicator in English.
  • Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
