Leasing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Manager to join one of our client companies. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, optimizing occupancy rates, and managing tenant relationships to ensure business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and agreement execution to optimize occupancy rates and rental income
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring high satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential tenants to enhance leasing strategies
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available spaces through advertising, networking, and property tours
- Monitor rental revenues, analyze financial performance, and prepare leasing reports for management
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies while coordinating with legal teams when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively with tenants and stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and commercial leasing practices
- Ability to analyze leasing performance, identify improvement areas, and implement effective solutions
- Familiarity with property management and leasing software, along with MS Office applications
