The Role
- Attend to all aspects of Notarial work including examination of title to immovable property, drafting execution and registration of various agreements and deeds.
- Representing the Company in courts tribunals, etc and filing proxies, submissions and other documents for and on behalf of the Company.
The Person
- Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public (with license to practice in English language and in the district of Colombo), Commissioner for Oaths.
- Minimum of 3 years post experience in notarial practice and drafting corporate agreements, Leases and deeds.
- Experience in property laws and company laws, notarial practice, Company secretarial work and IP related work, and Litigation.
- Candidates are expected to exhibit professionalism, excellent Communication Skills.
- Age below 30 years.
