IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Installation, set-up and resolving of hardware and software in end user desktops, laptops and printer.
- Administration and First level support.
- O365, email, internet and Cloud solutions.
- Maintenance and management of servers and backups.
- Infrastructure First level support and coordinate with services providers in case of troubleshooting.
- Network Equipment’s Wi-Fi Network Maintenance Microsoft patch update and its complaints level.
- Coordination with group IT, head office IT management for various IT initiatives and their execution.
- Manage & supervise site support associates including preparing rosters.
Required qualifications & skills:
- HND/Diploma in any IT Related field.
- Minimum 1 Year experience.
- Experience in IT support, ideally in hospitality or service industries.
- Should be able to work on weekends and other holidays when required (Support as backup resource).
- Should possess a motorbike and valid riding license.
- Be flexible and work under pressure.
