EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER RISK (BANKING, INSURANCE & FINANCE INDUSTRY)
Job Profile
The Role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in the banking, insurance, and finance sectors. This role involves implementing risk management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing reports to senior management. The role will oversee credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks while collaborating across departments to protect the organization’s assets and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks (credit, market, operational, etc.) and ensure effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations (Basel III, Solvency II, etc.).
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams on risk management.
- Conduct risk monitoring and implement business continuity planning.
Person’s Profile
- A bachelor’s degree related field.
- Qualification (Partly or Fully) - CA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA or CMA.
- MBA or professional qualification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in risk management in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, market risk, credit risk, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools (e.g., SAS, R, Excel).
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Age Below 40 Years.
