Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee daily operations of the guest house
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints
  • Maximize room occupancy through OTAs and direct bookings
  • Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Coordinate reservations, excursions, and guest services
  • Monitor expenses and assist with cost control
  • Train and guide staff for quality service

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or guest house operations
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Experience working with online booking engines (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
  • Knowledge of hospitality software and room allocation systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

SALARY & BENEFITS :

  • Monthly Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 MVR (based on experience)
  • Accommodation & Meals: Provided
  • Service Charge: Applicable
