Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee daily operations of the guest house
- Manage check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Maximize room occupancy through OTAs and direct bookings
- Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinate reservations, excursions, and guest services
- Monitor expenses and assist with cost control
- Train and guide staff for quality service
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or guest house operations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience working with online booking engines (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
- Knowledge of hospitality software and room allocation systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
SALARY & BENEFITS :
- Monthly Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 MVR (based on experience)
