SECURITY MANAGER
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team at Kandima Maldives and lead our security operations. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing security measures to protect the resort, employees and assets.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a 5 star resort.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively
- Certification in security management or related field is a plus
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
