Jaysons Realty has been successful in planning, constructing and executing various projects in diverse spheres of industry for over 30 years. Some of their projects are The Little England Cottages, Nuwara Eliya that has caught the attention of many affluent individuals worldwide, a luxury apartment complex in De Saram Road, Mount Lavinia and a very exclusive project in Digana, Kandy. The Head Office of the company is situated in Mount Lavinia.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the below mentioned job role. (Successful applicants will have to travel between Digana, Kandy and Mount Lavinia)
JUNIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expected to manage projects proactively and independently.
- Managing & co-ordinating with contractors and professionals.
- Ensuring the design specifications are followed as per architectural and structural drawings.
- Co-ordinating with the management and head office.
- Supervising the construction work at sites.
- Ensuring that the quality of finishes is as per requirements.
- Preparing daily performance reports.
- Checking invoices and bill payments.
- Ensuring timeline and budgets are not negatively impacted.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- NCT (CIVIL) / NDT / HNDE or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury project construction / housing projects.
- Sound understanding in commercial, quality, statutory compliances and safety standard of civil constructions.
- Proficient in MS Office/ AUTO CAD/ MS Projects.
- Should be able to work extended hours during tight working schedules.
- Should be able to work in the respective sites mentioned above, as and when required.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English is an added advantage.
- Age between 25 - 45 years.
