Job Profile:
- To carry out routine preventive maintenance of equipment that is assigned.
- To minimize the interference to the customer’s other work during the service.
- When faced with an irresolvable issue, to report to the manager/supervisor immediately.
- Upgrade individual knowledge/skills by reading industry publications and enrolling in related training programs. Inform the supervisor if any specific coaching or guidance is required.
- To correctly and legibly fill out all related documents, obtain the required signatures and hand over to the supervisor.
- Corporate with all superiors, colleagues and subordinates in order to increase the overall team efficiency while creating a pleasant and friendly working environment.
- Follow all ISO guidelines that are applicable.
- To strictly follow operational procedures that are implemented.
- To work within the administrative procedures and conditions stipulated in the HR Manual.
- To strictly adhere to the standard company dress code, ethics and code of conduct.
Candidate Profile:
- Should possess G.C.E (O/L) Examination with passes in Mathematics/Sinhala or Tamil/English.
- Recognized Diploma in Computer Hardware/IT Networking (Preferably NVQ Level 05).
- Competencies in service maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair of PC/Printers.
- Minimum 01 year of experience as a technician in above product lines.
- Age should be below 35 years (Male candidates are preferred).
