ASSISTANT MANAGER (BANK LOAN DIVISION)

This role appears to be an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in bank loans who wants to specialize in Real Estate financing. As the Assistant Manager in the Bank Loan Division, you’ll serve as the critical link representing the company in between property buyers and banking institutions.

Core Functions

  • Managing the complete loan application process for clients purchasing properties
  • Serving as the primary liaison between customers and banking partners
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and related documents
  • Interact with local authorities and the inland revenue department to obtain necessary approvals and clearances
  • Ensuring loan approvals progress smoothly and on schedule

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/Business Administration or Diploma in Finance/Banking from a recognized university or institute
  • Minimum Three (03) years experience working with loan processes, Real Estate experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and bank loan requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala languages for client interaction and bank negotiations
  • Better understanding of banking policies and mortgage products
  • Attention to detail and should be a dedicated and committed team player
  • Willingness to work for long hours under pressure
  • Male candidate, below 35 years
