Property Lawyer (In-House) – Part-time or Full-time

Job Profile:

  • In a full-time or part-time engagement, reporting to the Managing Director, will handle contractual and other legal responsibilities for Capital Trust Properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute Lease Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Deeds of Transfer and other contractual agreements that are required for property transactions.
  • Provide related legal advice to the Directors.

Requirements:

  • Attorney-At-Law and Notary Public.
  • LLB degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in independently preparing contractual agreements that are required for property transactions.
  • Should have high degrees of proficiency in English.
