Sales Manager Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Manager- Engineering will be responsible for leading sales and business development of ECO33, with excellent relationship capabilities to manage expectations of Consultants, Contractors and End-user Including Prospecting, quotation preparation, coordination with overs principles and converting into sales. You will be leading a young team of support staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- BSc or HND in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills.
- Team Leadership abilities.
- Experience in Presales and Project Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical background in engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in the energy conservation industry is a plus.
- Other qualifications and/or skills would be added qualification.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field.
REMUNERATION
- Salary on par or above industry, depending on the experience.
- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle, with fuel.
- Company sales commissions and incentives.
