IT ADMINISTRATOR
Uga Ulagalla is a high-end luxury boutique hotel located in Thirappane, Anuradhapura. Surrounded by 58 acres of natural woodland, sparkling reservoirs, paddy fields and lily ponds and was once the ancestral estate of Anuradhapura nobility. Owned and managed by Uga which is a luxury boutique hotel chain with an exquisite collection of hotels. The Uga Experience unites the natural magic of Sri Lanka with the warmest hospitality of her people.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Manage servers, networks, and connectivity solutions to provide a seamless experience for guests and staff.
- Conduct regular security audits and stay informed about the latest industry trends and threats.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement IT solutions tailored to the hotel's needs.
- Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted hotel operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
- Proficient in software development and implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
