Job Description
SITE ENGINEER (01 Position)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates shall be qualified NDT with 4 years, HNDE with 5 years or TTI with 7 years specially in multi storied buildings and structural works as a Site Engineer position.
- Should be familiar with measuring instruments.
- Should be having sound knowledge in structural reinforcement works and form works.
- Experience in house construction will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with AutoCAD & MS Project will be an added advantage.
- Having a valid motor cycle license is a must.
- Age limit is 25 – 35 years.
TECHNICAL OFFICER (01 Position)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma (NVQ 3) or NCT qualified with more than 7 years experience in multi storied buildings and structural works as a Technical Officer.
- Experience in house construction will be an added advantage.
- Should be familiar with measuring instruments.
- Should be having sound knowledge in structural reinforcement works and form works.
- Having a valid motor cycle license is a must.
- Age limit is 25 – 30 years.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (01 Position)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates shall be qualified HND, NDQ, ISQSL with 4 years in multi storied buildings pre and post contract stages.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities and pricing tenders with preparing competitive unit rates.
- Preparation of Interim payment applications and measurement sheets in proper manner.
- Sound knowledge in Reinforcement bar schedule is must.
- Sound knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office package is must.
- Age limit is 25 – 30 years.
- Having a valid motor cycle license is a must.
