Your responsibilities
- Drive sales from inquiry to final closing
- Conduct property tours highlighting apartment features
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person
- Achieve monthly sales targets and occupancy goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
- Create sales reports and forecasts for management
Prospective candidate should have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in real estate or property sales
- Excellent English communication and computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Candidates under 30 years preferred
