We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Specialist to design and implement sales strategies, including forecasts, budgets and Group guidelines and policies. You will manage leads, accounts, and sales related to a product line, or market segment. Your role includes market scanning, building customer relationships, assessing needs, and recommending products/services. You'll develop and present sales bids, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues, whilst supporting the teams. Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in the related field.
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and build strong partnerships within the sector.
  • High integrity with a proven compliance record and strong work ethics.
