Senior Executive / Associate Manager – Financial Accounting and Reporting
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Associate Manager – Financial Accounting and Reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting background and experience in financial reporting within the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements, including performing impairment assessments of the loan portfolio.
- Overseeing the reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Submitting statutory returns to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in a timely manner.
- Assisting with corporate and other taxation matters pertaining to the company.
- Assisting with the development and improvement of financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for effective financial operations.
Eligibility
- A degree in Accountancy or Finance from a recognized university.
- Part-qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA, showing commitment to professional growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting within a reputable finance company.
- Energetic, career-driven, and ideally under the age of 35, eager to take on new challenges.
