Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel environment.
Having Maldivian Resort experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and Sustainability frameworks.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
