HR EXECUTIVE

Tier 1 supplier for Fortune 100 and blue chip companies around the world.
Profile
We are looking for a young and energetic individual with a "Can do" attitude to being a part of the IIML HR family and facilitating all HR functions. A high level of integrity and confidentiality is expected in this role.
Requirements
- A degree or professional qualification in HRM.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity.
- Attention to detail and a passion for working with people.
- Should be a great team player with a positive attitude who possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- 5 ½ days working requirement (Sunday Off).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- MS Office competent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous exposure to BPO/KPO industry is compulsory.
Responsibilities
Ability to handle all key areas in HRM; Maintain records for ISO27001, SOC2 and other compliance requirements, Recruitment, Grievance handling and conflict resolution, maintaining discipline, compliance with HR procedures and policies, training etc.
