SUPPORT ENGINEER
Mainframe (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings Pvt Limited, located in Colombo 03. It is a global technology and development company that delivers high-end software product development services globally to meet a spectrum of business needs from small business to large business entities.
We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineers to provide application support for betss.com and betss retail applications on a 24x7 shift basis. You will be responsible for Level 1 support, responding immediately to helpdesk tickets, conducting initial troubleshooting, and escalating issues to Level 2 for further resolution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Level 1 application support for betss.com and betss retail applications.
- Respond promptly to allocated helpdesk tickets.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support.
- Work on a 24x7 shift basis to ensure continuous support coverage.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in application support.
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
- Proficiency in handling databases, especially in MS SQL.
