EXECUTIVE - QUALITY ASSURANCE (NATURA COCO)
Job Role:
As a Quality Assurance Executive, the job holder will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of our products from raw materials to finished goods. The incumbent will play a key role in setting and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with national and international food safety regulations, and maintaining our factory's hygiene to the highest standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Quality Management System (QMS) environment, with a strong understanding of ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC, or similar standards
- Demonstrated ability to set and maintain high-quality standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams across the organization
- A proactive approach to quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ideal candidates should be from Kurunegala/Puttalam region or willing to relocate
