Overview of the role
This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting. You will assist with various financial tasks and projects, contributing to the preparation of financial documents, data analysis, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities and the overall success of the finance department.
What you will do
- Assist in preparing accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the finance team with data entry, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Help track key financial metrics and analyze trends to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial tasks and initiatives.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and organizing financial records.
What equips you for the role
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Part qualification from a professional accounting body (CASL/ ACCA etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
