Job Role
The Manager – Compliance, Corporate Relationship & Risk Management will be responsible to meet the compliance requirements set by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka lead the risk management functions of the Co, coordinating Company secretarial work including the BOD meetings and shareholder meetings, information management and reporting to various stakeholders. He/she is also responsible for fund raising for the growth of the Company. This position is based in Head Office at Colombo.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management Economics qualification obtained from a recognized university or institution.
- Full or part qualification in CA/ACCA/ACMA would be an added advantage.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience at Assistant Managerial level or Senior Executive Level in the areas of compliance/risk management/ corporate secretarial affairs.
- Experience in Microfinance/Finance/Banking Sector will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc…)
- Should have experience/ability in professional writing and proficient in English.
- Should possess strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
