Job Description
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and build both the user-facing side and the underlying server-side architecture of our web applications. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and cloud teams to deliver secure, reliable, and performant applications using modern technologies. If you’re passionate about full-stack development, have a keen interest in web3 technologies, and excited to work in a fast-paced fintech environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end and back-end components for web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party services.
- Optimize application performance for fast load times and smooth user interactions.
- Work with cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud (GCP) to deploy, scale, and manage applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline the deployment process.
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability by following best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive user interfaces.
- Work closely with the product team to turn user requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot applications post-deployment to ensure seamless operation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for all software projects.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full stack development, proficient in Java, Python, and Node.js for building scalable back-end services.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React and Next.js for modern, responsive UI development.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks for building user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, deploying applications, and using services like S3, EC2, Lambda, and Cloud Functions.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Web3 experience is a big plus.
- Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions).
- Experience with GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
- Understanding of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
