About the role
We are looking for Executive-Training & Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in conducting training needs analysis and coordinating training activities.
- Support in planning & delivering functional, behavioral & compliance training.
- Support in maintaining training records, evaluations, administrative data and reporting.
- Assist in technical & non-technical skill development initiatives.
- Support in liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors for training.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, especially in Learning & Development, training coordination, or talent development.
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or Training & Development.
