ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career at our Boralesgamuwa Head office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or Full/Part qualification (AAT/CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
- Excellent computer literate with ability to work in a fully computerized working environment.
- Good communication skill, Strong analytical skill with problem-solving skill.
- Should be a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment.
- Candidate in close proximity to Boralesgamuwa are preferred.
