Manager - Marine and Agency Services
Our client is a member of a well-established diversified group of companies in Sri Lanka.
Key Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in marine services or port agency operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Academic background in Marine Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications from a recognized institution is considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrates excellent industry knowledge and operational insight.
- Previous experience dealing with government port authorities, shipping lines, and offshore marine operations is a plus.
- Strong business communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in computer applications and equipped with solid HR and administrative capabilities.
