JOIN US AS A GRADUATE TRAINEE
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to support Process Development in the manufacturing industry. This role offers industrial technology graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement alongside our production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production development process.
- Work with teams to support data-driven decision-making and business strategies.
- Analyze production data and suggest process improvements.
- Analyze production performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
- Participate in trials, testing, and evaluation of new or modified processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process development activities and results.
Key Qualifications
- Completed a technical qualification (NVQ Level 4) in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Background or interest in IT is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
