Chief Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the interior design team, ensuring high standards of design and execution across all projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and goals, and translate them into creative, functional design solutions.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, spatial layouts, mood boards, and presentations for approval.
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring they align with the project’s design ethos.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the design and construction phases to maintain design integrity and quality.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the successful delivery of each project.
- Keep up with design trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and solutions to every project.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Chartered Architect status is highly desirable.
- Prior years of experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong focus on leading design teams and managing high-profile projects.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex design projects from start to finish.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovative design thinking, and the ability to adapt to different project types.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
