Manager/Assistant Manager
Luxury boutique hotel located on Kabalana Beach, Ahangama looking for passionate all-rounders in the hospitality field to join our expanding team.
With continued business expansion, a new position of manager or assistant manager is open for application.
The successful candidate will work with an established team that has grown together based on mutual respect, collaboration, discipline & honesty, hard work, excellent service and a passion for hospitality.
- 80 - 150,000 per month plus 100% service charge and bonuses
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar all-rounder capacity with a luxury property
- Maximum 40 years old
- Minimum GCE A Levels passes
- Full fluency in spoken and written English
- Self-starter, humble, energetic and respectful with outgoing personality
- Keen eye for details and willingness to learn
- Well-presented, clean and customer focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word programs are a must) and reservations
- Sri Lankans with international experience are most welcomed to apply
