Post of Receptionist cum Marketing Coordinator and Call Center Agents

JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-line team. Call Center Agents will handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and support sales efforts through phone and online communication channels. Receptionist cum Marketing Coordinators will manage front desk operations while assisting the marketing team with coordination and admin support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide project information
  • Maintain accurate call records, update lead sheets, and escalate issues as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors, manage front desk communication, and maintain a professional reception area
  • Support the marketing team with scheduling, event coordination, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all client interactions are properly documented for follow-up and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE A/L qualification; a diploma in marketing, communications, or administration is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or reception/coordination roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Fluency in English is required; Tamil proficiency is an added advantage
