Executive Sales & Marketing
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive top-line revenue and market share growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Design and implement cost-effective marketing campaigns aligned with brand positioning and commercial goals.
- Oversee the sales and marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI and effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy and positioning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Age: Below 40
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales and marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Deep understanding of the Sri Lankan market, travel industry dynamics, and emerging global hospitality trends.
