RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising and promotional materials.
- Operational Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflows and effective project management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position of marketing and operations management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work during weekends and expected to work long hours when situation demand.
