Job Requirement

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote HRM solution.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of HRM solution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their HR needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR software, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and HRM software will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients as needed.
