RECRUITMENT OFFICER / CREW COORDINATORS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the Operation Dept. in developing a robust pool of qualified seafarers.
  • Laise with our foreign principals.
  • Utilize the most effective channels to reach potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to source suitable candidates.
  • Market the organization to prospective seafarers.
  • Crew documentation handling.
  • Experience or willingness to learn how to manage company databases efficiently.
  • Demonstrated interest in expanding your knowledge of recruitment practices and industry trends.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant direct sourcing & networking
  • Strong experience in assisting & selecting the best possible candidates (Accept fresher candidates too)
  • Familiarity with office software packages such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Seasoned professional or a fresh graduate eager to dive into the world of recruitment.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Fast learner & able to work overtime when required.
  • Candidates should reside in or near the Colombo Area.
  • Age should be 20 – 35 years
