Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing recruitment plan and execution.
- Significant direct sourcing & networking.
- Handling end to end recruitment.
- Per-Screen potential candidates.
- Organizing recruitment campaigns.
- Regular interaction with the candidates.
- Planning the retention strategies throughout the process.
- Meet deadlines and targets set by the management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Computer Literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HND in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge and exposure in handling social media platforms.
- Proven 2-3 years experiences in marketing / Recruitment.
- Preferably above 25 years of age.
SALARY:
