BUSINESS ANALYST
Experience 2 - 4 years | On-site
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, be knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our business and technology teams to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to the successful implementation of various projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements using Agile techniques
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, and use cases
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success
- Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts within Agile frameworks
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders and senior management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of business analysis principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a UK time-based environment
