Accounts Executive
Ruhunu Farms (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary of Aberdeen Holding (Pvt) Ltd, a prominent commercial poultry farming and agricultural company based in Hambantota, Southern Province, Sri Lanka. With over 40 years of dedicated service both within and outside the region, we boast a history of excellence, a proven track record, and a stellar reputation marked by continuous progression. We are currently seeking dynamic and self-oriented individuals to join our accounts team for the above opening.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of corporate or audit firm experience in similar job role.
- Fully or party qualified in any of a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA and CIMA, equivalent qualification or a degree in accountancy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT & Email etc.)
- Working knowledge in a QB platform is as an advantage.
- Male applicants below 35 years of age, especially those from Hambantota District, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handling petty cash, receipts and cheque payments.
- Bank reconciliations and coordinating with banks for all banking activities.
- Recording daily/monthly transactions (Receipts, Payments and Journals) to the system, vouching and maintaining supporting files respectively.
