INVENTORY CONTROLLER

We are looking out for individuals with a positive attitude to join our team as INVENTORY CONTROLLER who will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining stock levels, and streamlining processes to support production and business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory items.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with ERP system data.
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Minimize stock variances through effective tracking and preventive measures.
- Oversee all stock movements, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring materials.
- Utilize the ERP system to manage inventory data, generate reports, and analyze trends.
- Provide detailed inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, variances, and turnover rates.
- Recommend inventory optimization strategies based on data insights.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory.
- Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory levels with operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in inventory handling.
- Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel in particular).
