ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICES
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join Prym Intimates Sales team as an Assistant – Customer services. The person is responsible to manage incoming orders and deliver agreed timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sample orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Arrange and maintain customers’ information sheets accurately.
- Create greige orders as per the production requirements.
- Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PIs) promptly.
- Follow up on samples with the internal team to ensure timely processing.
- Handle urgent sample arrangements, including packing and dispatching, when required.
- Update the customer’s system with the latest order and sample information.
- Create Bills of Materials (BOM) in alignment with production needs.
- Perform any additional duties relevant to the role, as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or HND in Marketing/Management or a professional qualification in SLIM/CIM.
- Experience in similar job role will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Power Automate/ Power BI/ SAP will be an added advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills/ Analytical skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn.
- Result oriented with a can - do - attitude to work.
