ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICES

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join Prym Intimates Sales team as an Assistant – Customer services. The person is responsible to manage incoming orders and deliver agreed timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sample orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Arrange and maintain customers’ information sheets accurately.
  • Create greige orders as per the production requirements.
  • Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PIs) promptly.
  • Follow up on samples with the internal team to ensure timely processing.
  • Handle urgent sample arrangements, including packing and dispatching, when required.
  • Update the customer’s system with the latest order and sample information.
  • Create Bills of Materials (BOM) in alignment with production needs.
  • Perform any additional duties relevant to the role, as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or HND in Marketing/Management or a professional qualification in SLIM/CIM.
  • Experience in similar job role will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Power Automate/ Power BI/ SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills/ Analytical skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn.
  • Result oriented with a can - do - attitude to work.
