Customer Associate / Cashier
We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Associate cum Cashier at our retail outlet. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the ERP system.
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy in counting and providing correct change.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including shelves, displays, and checkout counters.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Passed G C E A/L
- Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution (Part / Fully Qualified)
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Age below 25 years old
