IT OPERATIONS LEAD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the communication bridge between IT staff and top management.
  • Oversee and ensure timely completion of IT tasks and projects.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Track and document operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Support IT team in resolving issues and setting priorities.
  • Keep management updated on progress and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in IT operations or system administration.
  • Management or coordination experience with IT teams is preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT project management tools is a plus.
