Guest Experience Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Guest Experience Manager.
- Required Bachelor's degree or Master's degree for the relevant field.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Opera & Strong working knowledge of computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
