Urgent Job Vacancy for the post of Deputy Human Resource Manager.
We MCC (Metallurgical Corporation of China Limited), General contractor of Central Expressway Project Section 1 Kadawatha to Mirigama, Searching for a Professional Applicant for the post of Deputy Human Resource Manager.
Position Requirements:
- Be able to prepare monthly Salaries for the local staff based on the Labour law and Shop & Office Act standards.
- Be able to Prepare Manpower Payment documents and Summary Sheets.
- Be able to prepare & pay ETF & EPF monthly after the salaries in being paid.
- Preparing Local Staff contract agreements and maintain the staff details register updated.
- The person needs good personal corporation with the manpower companies & Labour Authorities in Sri Lanka.
- Be proficient in using various HR & Accounting software such as MS Office etc.
- The working experience should be not less than 10 years.
- All the other HR related responsibilities requested by Human Resource Manager.
