Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collect essential information for go-live, including client NPI, logos, and other required assets.
- Prepare and complete documentation for SOPs, legal requirements (10DLC), and go-live processes.
- Set up and maintain comprehensive client profiles and related assets.
- Assist in pre-onboarding and onboarding calls, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Schedule sales calls and coordinate meetings.
- Provide follow-up support to maintain client engagement.
- Contribute to the development and structuring of the sales process.
- Address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
- Support sales-related activities when needed.
- Assist with business analytics to provide data-driven insights into revenue growth.
- Help manage development-related inquiries, allowing for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in RCM is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint including data analysis.
- Understands SaaS will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in account management will be an added advantage.
