Office Assistance

Location: Kadawatha

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Office Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key supporting role in our day-to-day operations, particularly assisting the Finance Department with banking and check collection, and helping coordinate local logistics for the internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and supporting various departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Department with daily tasks such as check collection, bank visits, and basic documentation.
  • Support internal teams with local logistics coordination, including arranging pickups and deliveries.
  • Help maintain organized records and assist with document handling.
  • Carry out general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and courier handling.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Passed GCE A/L examination.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, email) is a plus.
  • A valid motorbike license will be an added advantage.
