Finance Executive.
Location: Kadawatha
CJ Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. is an engineering equipment and services supplier with a strong focus on sustainable development. We are seeking a motivated Finance Executive to support our finance team and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This position will report directly to the Financial Controller and offers a great opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment.
Job Summary:
- Process and record financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice tracking and payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts and address discrepancies as required.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work with the ERP system to manage financial operations (added advantage).
- Assist the audit team and handle VAT and Tax.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Financial Controller.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- A good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
