A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or a related scientific field.
MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification will be a strong advantage.
10+ years of experience in operational and managerial roles.
Proven experience in marketing and business development is essential.
Prior experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Translate business strategies into actionable plans and ensure successful execution.
Identify market opportunities, develop new services/products and create competitive positioning strategies.
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial issues with both local and international clients.
Ensure high standards of quality, safety and service delivery across all operations.
Promote the brand, capabilities and ethical standards to stakeholders.
Provide technical solutions and ensure availability of resources (chemicals, consumables, documentation, HR and equipment).
Maintain compliance with company Quality, Health & Safety and Integrity standards.
