We are Hiring!
Royal Institute comprises of 5 schools (under the banner of Royal Institute International School) and a higher education arm (Royal Institute of Colombo). Royal Institute has maintained a tradition of providing quality education to students for over 50 years.
We are looking for a dynamic security supervisor to manage our security operations.
Job Description
- Ability to supervise and manage security officers stationed at all school branches
- Ensure safe and secure environment for all stakeholders
- Preparation of duty rosters for security personnel
- Assessment of threats and preparation of contingency plan
- Ensuring the security staff are performing their duties effectively
- Collaborate with local authorities when necessary
- Support in creating and implementing best practices for security
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field
- Fluency in Sinhala and basic English proficiency (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Flexible for extended working hours
- Preference will be given for early retired persons from state military forces or police
- Experience in fire safety will be added advantage
